(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday, emphasized the importance of intensifying international efforts to fight terrorism and extremism that threat global security and stability.
His Majesty made remarks as he met with the Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter Daesh, retired General John Allen.
The meeting also dealt with developments related to the fight against the daesh terrorist group as well as the efforts of the international coalition in this regard.
The meeting was attended by the King's Advisor for military affair and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff as well as the director of the King's Office.
