Jordan's FM, Romanian counterpart seek further cooperation


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Nasser Judeh, along with Romanian counterpart Theodor Baconschi discussed bilateral ties as well as the latest developments in the Middle East region.

Judeh, in the presence of Baconschi, highlighted opportunities and investment advantages the Jordanian economy has to offer in various sectors and the importance of exchanging visits between businessmen of both countries, in order to raise trade volume and cement economic ties.

The situations in Palestine, Iraq, Libya, Yemen and Syria were figured high during the meeting, where the two top diplomats stressed the need to find political solutions in these Arab countries.

Baconschi underscored Jordan's efforts in receiving Syrian refugees and the Kingdom's key role in achieving security and stability in the region.
