(MENAFN- Arab Times) Ministry of Finance recently released the Citizens Budget for fiscal year 2015/2016, which targets educating Kuwaiti citizens on the government's overall revenues and expenditures. This, in turn, will enable citizens to have a better picture and understanding of State of Kuwait's most pressing fiscal issues.
It is worth mentioning that this is the second time the Ministry of Finance issues the Citizens Budget in English.
The Ministry already produced four consecutive versions in Arabic for the past four fiscal years. The Ministry will be issuing the Citizens Budget periodically after approving the General Budget from the Parliament. Lastly, Kuwait is considered a pioneer in producing this publication in the GCC region € special thanks is attributed to the Macro Fiscal Unit at the Ministry of Finance.
