(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Israeli Prime Minister has instructed that the demolition of the homes of Palestinians who carried out attacks against Israelis be expedited, Haaretz newspaper wrote on its website on Sunday.
The Premier made the statement following a meeting with top security officials at the Defense Ministry Sunday evening.
Netanyahu said he has also ordered to stepping up administrative detentions, deploying more forces in Jerusalem and in the West Bank and to remove agitators from Jerusalem's Old City and Temple Mount.
The meeting was held shortly after Netanyahu returned to Israel from the UN General Assembly in New York.
Four settlers were killed over the past four days, two of them east of Nablus on Thursday and two more stabbed to death in the Old City in Jerusalem yesterday.
Israel demolishes homes of assailants' families in revenge, a policy it adopted in the first and second Intifada.
