Saudi- STC Group signs up VEGA for visa concierge services

(MENAFN- Arab News)Saudi Telecom Co. (STC Group) Middle East's largest telecom conglomerate signed an agreement with VEGA Modern Traveler Services Company to provide STC and all the group's companies with their visa concierge services.
The agreement was signed by Mansour Alzaagi personnel services director of STC Group and Harris Moosa global business head of VEGA at STC headquarters in Riyadh. VEGA will start the first implant center in Mursalat Riyadh to assist for travel visa requirements to countries around the world and to offer their value added services related to travel and visa to STC employees and their family. VEGA will also provide services through its outlets across the Kingdom and other countries.
VEGA is a fully owned subsidiary of Tasheel Modern Support Services Company Ltd. a limited liability company established in 2003.
VEGA is operational in Saudi Arabia (11 locations) the UAE (four locations) Bahrain Nigeria and India. The core service of VEGA visa facilitation covers full life cycle of visa application processdissemination of accurate information appointment scheduling online fee payment application submission concierge services passport collection and delivery.
VEGA provides end-to-end information support to travelers regarding the visa application process in terms of the forms to be filled documents to be submitted with the application appointment scheduling requirements duration of the process and so on.
VEGA also offers assistance for other travel related services such as international driving license travel insurance ticketing hotel booking MICE tourism holiday packages education abroad consultancy etc.
While offering services to corporate customers travel agents and other governmental and educational institutions through a professional corporate sales team VEGA also cater for retail walk-in customers through its outlets.
