Qatar- Sacrificial project


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Islamic Dawa Organisation of Qatar distributed 4,000 sacrificial animals to poor families, orphans and displaced people, refugees, imams, preachers and teachers in Somalia and Djibouti as part of their Eid al-Adha project this year. Sheikh Hamad Abdel Qader al-Sheikh, director general of the organisation, said in a press statement that more than 14,500 poor households (about 87,000 people) in the two countries benefited from the sacrifices of the people of Qatar.
