Iraq exports 91.5 mln barrels in September


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) has exported about 91.552.863 crude oil barrels last September, gaining about USD 3.692 billion, according to a statement by Iraq's Ministry of Oil Thursday.
The total number of barrels exported through Al-Basra's sourthern ports was 90.907.227 while the number of exported oil barrels at the Turkish Port of Jihan was 645,000 barrels, said the ministry's spokesman.
The daily export rate was 3.52 million barrels with a selling rate of USD 40.327 per barrel, he said. The crude oil was exported by international oil companies through different ports across the country, he added.
