(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met here today with President of the 70th session of the United Nations General Assembly Mogens Lykketoft.
At the outset of the meeting, HH the Emir congratulated Lykketoft.on assuming the presidency of the UN General Assembly, and wished him every success in performing his duties.
Discussions during the meeting dealt with a number of topics on the agenda of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly. The meeting was attended by their excellencies members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Emir.
