Jordan- King, president of Senegal discuss efforts to combat terrorism
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) His Majesty King Abdullah II ,on Monday, stressed the importance of unifying efforts of the international community and increasing coordination to fight terrorism and extremism, which threaten the security and stability of the entire world.
During a meeting with President of Senegal Macky Sall, the two leaders discussed means to enhance bilateral cooperation between Jordan and the African nation, mainly in economic fields.
Following the meeting, which was attended by HRH Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah, it was announced that a Jordanian embassy will be opened in Dakar soon so as to contribute to promoting bilateral relations.
President Sall praised efforts of the King to realize security and stability in the region.
