Kuwait- Criminal Court postpones terrorist cell's session to Oct. 4


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The Criminal Court chaired by Judge Mohammad Al-Duaij has decided to postpone its second session in case No. 55/2015 to October 4 to hear the testimony of the State Security department's officer.
Meanwhile, the court released four out of the 26 convicts in the case, with 25 being of Kuwaiti nationality and one Iranian.
The court had held its first session on September 15 to look into the case against the 26 who were charged with illegal possession of arms and furtive contacts with Iran and Hezbollah.
The cell was busted by Kuwaiti security bodies in August with the possession of huge amounts of explosives, arms and ammunition.
