Arab League appeals Libyan parties to sign draft agreement

CAIRO: The Secretary-General of the Arab League Dr Nabil Elaraby and the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini have appealed to all Libyan parties to sign the draft political agreement that has been reached as a result of negotiations undertaken by the Special Representative and Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya Bernardino Leon.

Elaraby and Mogherini on the sidelines of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly expressed their full support for the ongoing efforts undertaken by Bernardino Leon the Arab League said in a statement on Sunday. QNA
