Kuwait oil price down 83 cents to USD 42.70 pb

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went down Monday by 83 cents to settle at USD 42.70 per barrel, compared to USD 43.53 pb last Friday, said a statement by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Tuesday.

In the global markets, prices went up due to the decrease in US oil reserves index and expectations on the reduction of production due to oil exploration only taking place inside the US.
