Egyptian top developer to obtain 500 acres for projects


(MENAFN) Misr Italia, the real-estate developer is discussing with the Egyptian government over attaining 500 acres of land in 6th of October City.

This land is planned to be used for the creation of a residential project for medium-income and high-income citizens, according to the company officials.

The company is constructing the first administrative compound in New Cairo. It consists of 42 administrative buildings covering 90,000 sqm.
As far as what is planned for the future, the firm will launch 2,000 tourist units in Mousa Coast and 500 tourist units in the Ain Sokha project by 2016.
