The Indian classical flute player will perform a dinner show on October 1 at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
Chaurasia, a highly renowned musician whose repertoire of Eastern classical music has made him a respected figure across India, has been honoured with several awards throughout his career including the prestigious Padma Vibhushan, the second highest civilian award of India, and the distinction of Chevalier dans l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters) of France.
He also serves as the Artistic Director of the World Music Department at the Rotterdam Music Conservatory in the Netherlands.
