(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HH the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani yesterday expressed his condolences to UAE Vice President Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, who is also the prime minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on the death of Sheikh Rashid bin Mohamed bin Rashid al-Maktoum. The Father Emir did so during a visit to the UAE where he also conveyed condolences to members of the Emirati ruling family. The Emir's Personal Representative, HH Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani, accompanied HH the Father Emir on the visit.
