King of Morocco Holds Talks with French President


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) King Mohamed VI of Morocco held here today official talks with French President Francois Hollande, who is on a state visit to Morocco.

The talks dealt with means to support bilateral relations in addition to regional and international issues of common concern. Hollande upon arrival said that he wants France and Morocco to enter a new phase of partnership.

Morocco and France share a number of issues of common interest, Hollande said adding that the two countries have achieved significant progress in their bilateral, since his last visit to Morocco two year ago. He said that the two countries seek to give the visit an international dimension, adding that Morocco and France possess the will to work together in African issues and in the fight against terrorism, which remains a source of great concern
