(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Elizabeth Olsen has denied romance rumours with her I Saw The Light co-star Tom Hiddleston, saying they are just old friends.
The 26-year-old actress debunked that the pair were dating when she was probed on their rumoured romance by Refinery 29, a fashion, style and beauty website, on Sunday, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Rumours went haywire when the duo was first spotted having a dinner together in London in July.
Olsen has insisted that they are just old friends and that their meal out was misconstrued. "I mean, we definitely are friends and we've known each other for about four years. We happened to be at a restaurant at a wrong time having dinner. We all go out to dinner," the actress said. Quizzed on how she felt about the romance rumours, she said, "Well, apparently, I'm dating Chris Evans, and apparently, I've dated Jeremy Renner. I don't react to it."
