Al Mansouri visits Slovenia to expand UAE network of economic partners

LJUBLJANA Slovenia 16th September 2015 (WAM) -- Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri Minister of Economy today led an economic delegation on a visit to the Republic of Slovenia within the framework of the Ministry's efforts to expand the network of economic partners on the European continent following the conclusion of his visit to the Republic of Hungary.

The UAE delegation includes a number of economic Ministries and Departments.

During the two-day visit the parties will discuss strengthening cooperation in industry and infrastructure telecommunications tourism and other areas of cooperation and opportunities and the possibilities of increasing the volume of trade exchange as well as methods of access to investment opportunities in various sectors and areas available to Emirati investors and businessmen.

Mansouri stressed the UAE's keenness to extend and expand the network of economic trade and investment relations with the countries of the European continent in the context of economic openness policy followed by the UAE that allows the establishment of better economic and trade relations with various countries of the world.

In this context the UAE pays great attention to expanding cooperation relations with the countries of central Europe including the Republic of Slovenia especially in the fields of economy trade and investment.

During the visit an agreement on economic and technical cooperation will be signed between the two countries to establish the institutional and legal framework of joint economic trade and investment relations and pave the way for further cooperation relations between the two sides Al Mansouri added.
