(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) The weather continues to be relatively hot until Tuesday in Amman and the hilly areas and hot in other parts of the Kingdom with clouds at various altitudes.
According to the Jordan Metrological Department (JMD), light showers accompanied by thunder are expected in the southern and eastern regions, while winds will be northeasterly to northwesterly moderate to brisk, blowing dust in the desert areas.
Temperatures expected in Amman for today will range between a high of 36 degrees Celsius and a low of 25, while in the Gulf of Aqaba mercury levels will reach 40 degrees Celsius dropping down to 31 degrees, the JMD added.
