(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Oman Arab Bank (OAB) launched the employee rewards programme Mukafaati at its head office in Ghubra on Sunday. The bank has signed an agreement to this effect with Ensperity Ventures a Canadian company.
Considered to be the first of its kind in the banking sector in the Middle East Mukafaati is a non-cash incentive programme where employees can gain points on professional development outstanding performance positive behaviour and personal milestones.
These points are then redeemed for valuable rewards that are provided by leading global suppliers in the field of hospitality travel electronics and retail giving employees the flexibility to choose their preferred brand of perfumes watches hotel stays and air tickets as gifts to themselves.
