Qatar- New hypermarket Smile set to open

Doha: A new retail brand by Grand Mart Group — ‘Smile’ is ready to open its hypermarket in Qatar next week.

The store’s mega launch is set to take place on September 18 at the Dragon Mart officials said at a press conference yesterday.

Group Chairman Sheikh Jassim Thamir Lesa Thamir Al Thani will be presiding over the function along with other dignitaries from across the GCC and India. Famous Malayalam film actress Anupama (‘Premam’ fame) will be the chief guest.

At the mega launch Smile is also conducting a cute smile hunt activity along with Voice of Kerala named ‘Smile Qatar.’ A total of 100 selected children will be given gift hampers on the inauguration day by Anupama.

The store will also host a lot of fun activities like free photo booth activities for children and illusion designs. The Smile Hypermarket Privilege Card will also be introduced under ‘Muskan’ a programme to reward privileged customers.
