(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) US Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov discussed the situation in Syria, in a telephone conversation today.
According to 'Radio Sawa', Kerry expressed Washington's concern over enhanced Russian military build-up in Syria. Russia Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Lavrov stressed the need for establishing dialogue between the Syria's government and opposition as well as for a consolidated response to terrorist groups.
