(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HE Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz al-Kuwari, the Minister of Culture, Art and Heritage and Ibrahim Fakhroo, director of protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, were among the dignitaries who attended the 70th anniversary celebrations of Vietnam's National Day at the St Regis Doha. More than 300 guests, including members of the diplomatic corps and the Vietnamese community, attended the programme organised by the country's embassy in Qatar.
