(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah received yesterday a written message from the Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman HE Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah. The Oman's ambassador to Qatar, Mohamed bin Nasser Al Wahaibi, handed over the message when the Foreign Minister met him yesterday.
