UAE- Al Marjan Island set to host Dh500m project


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times)Diamonds International Corporation (DIC) unveiled a Dh500 million project that will feature a 5-star hotel branded residential apartments and 40 water villas on Al Marjan Island (AMI). The announcement was made on the sidelines of Cityscape Global 2015.

"We have provided the required facilitation to ensure the successful implementation of the project" said Abdullah Rashed Al Abdooli managing director of AMI Company.

"Our selection of Al Marjan Island was inspired by its appeal as a future hub for tourism" said Lubos Riha chairman founder and president of DIC.

The project will include 340 branded residential units featuring one-bedroom two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments while the 5-star hotel will have 300 rooms. "We anticipate high demand from those who appreciate luxury and high end living. It will set another yardstick of excellence for Al Marjan Island. The project is in the design and planning phase" added Riha.
