UAE- 'It is my pleasure to be called wife of a martyr'

Abdullah his eldest son said no one can replace him and that their home will never be the same again. Speaking to Khaleej Times Taymor said: "Despite the pain the grief and sadness of his loss I'm proud of him that he died in the field of honour." Taymor who works at Emirates Transportation Corporation said she got married to Al Nagawi in 2004 and has four children - Abdullah 10 years; Issa 8; Alia 4; and Mariyam less than an year old. She said her husband loved being around people and was generous and friendly. "He respected me and took care of his children can't imagine life without him his bed clothes and all belongings reminds me of him." "On the last trip to Yemen while packing his bags my eyes filled up. He asked me why I was crying. He then bid farewell to me and my children and told me to trust in the Almighty. He then closed the door behind him and since that moment I had this strange feeling that he would never come back." "When I was informed about his death I thanked God that my husband died defending his country" sad Taymor. "I then contacted my children's schools. They come home and accepted the news and received condolences. She added that she had spoken to her husband the day before he was killed. "That was the last time I spoke to him. He sounded very happy and said he would give me a surprise. "The title of martyr is an honour for my husband and it is my pleasure to be called wife of a martyr." And 10-year-old Abdullah stood tall in his kandoora receiving condolences. "My father offered his life for his beloved country and this is a great honour for the family" said Abdullah.
