(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) HE Foreign Minister Dr Khaled bin Mohamed Al Attiyah conferred today with Libyan Salvation Government's Foreign Minister Mohamed El-ghirani. The meeting took place during the visit of El-ghirani and his accompanying delegation to the country.
