UAE- Grief stricken netizens flood social media with condolences


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times)UAE residents took to several social media channels like Instagram Twitter and Facebook to express the loss of the 45 UAE martyrs.

The Twittersphere was filled with messages of condolences for the men who lost their lives in Yemen and "45 UAE" was trending on UAE Twitter.

Users on Twitter like ئSultanAlQassemi said: "I expect UAE to declare a day of mourning. This is devastating."

Another user popular Radio Jockey of Virgin Radio ئKrisFade tweeted: "Rest in Peace to the 45 UAE nationals."

Iman Ben Chaibah ئImanBenChaibah tweeted: "45 of our brave soldiers were killed in Yemen. This is a very sad day for the UAE and all Emiratis. We all mourn them just the same."

ئAmalSweetTweet said: "RIP to the brave Emirati soldiers killed in Yemen."

ئMahirVrazalic tweeted: "My condolence to UAE for loss of brave 45 soldiers. May Allah grant them heaven."

Facebook too was flooded with condolence messages.
