Jordan- Moderate weather today, rise in temperatures Monday


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Moderate summer conditions are expected on Sunday in Amman and the hilly areas, while it will be hot in other parts of the Kingdom.

According to the Jordan Metrological Department (JMD), winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk, blowing dust in the desert areas at times.

Temperatures will rise on Monday becoming 2-4 degrees above their seasonal average; therefore it will be relatively hot in Amman and the hilly areas and hot in other parts of the Kingdom. Winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk at times, the JMD added.

Temperatures in the capital for today are expected to hit 32 degrees Celsius and a low of 20 degrees at night.
