(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Tanzania's Interior Minister Mathias Chikawe expressed appreciation to humanitarian and developmental support given to his country through Kuwait's Fund for Arab Economic and Social Development.
Chikawe made this remark during a meeting with Kuwait Ambassador to Tanzania Jassim Ibrahim Al-Najim, on Saturday, where they discussed bilateral ties.
He said that Kuwait and its charitable bodies have played a major part in Tanzania's developmental projects such as a USD 34 million drinking water project and other comprehensive missions where schools, health centers, orphanages have been built to benefit more than 3,500 people.
