Saudi Raj to construct USD320m complex in 2016
(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia's Raj Real Estate announced its plans to launch the construction of a USD320 million office, shopping, and a dining complex in 2016.
The Riyadh Walk project will span 13.7ha in the Kingdom's capital. The development will also include a 650 meter facade.
The project will be situated on the northern ring road of Riyadh, 3km west of King Abdullah Financial City, in the Al Nakheel neighborhood.
"This project is a prosperous addition to the real estate market, one of the fastest growing sectors in the Kingdom," chief executive officer of Raj Real Estate company said.
