Australia's economy grows slowly at 0.2 percent in Q2

(MENAFN) Recent official data released by Australian Bureau of Statistics shows that Australia's economy progress is not moving as was projected.

It increased by 0.2 percent in the second quarter , and only by 2 percent through the last fiscal year up to June, all which indicated the slumping growth.

As far as GDP is concerned, economists have already estimated it would slow down to 0.5 percent in June; however, GDP went up 0.9 percent in the second quarter.
