The premier stressed the need to represent all segments of society away from ethnic and sectarian norms, expressing confidence that the new law would be a historic one that represents all citizens' political orientations.
He noted the role of "any" government in ensuring " clear " elections, indicating that his government had held parliamentary and municipal elections without any interference.
