(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday; but moderate weather conditions remain in the hilly areas, while it will be relatively hot in the desert region and eastern plains and hot in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief, winds will be northwesterly moderate with clouds at low altitudes.
Temperatures in the capital for today will reach a high of 32 degrees Celsius and a low of 21 degrees, while mercury levels in the gulf of Aqaba will reach 39 degrees dropping down to 26 degrees at night, the JMD said.
