Jewish settlers seized a Palestinian house in Silwan


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Dozens of Palestinians were hurt in clashes erupted Tuesday after a group of Jewish settlers under the protection of Israeli soldiers, seized a Palestinian owned-house in Silwan neighborhood in the occupied East Jerusalem .

According to a statement by Wadi Hilweh Information Center, the settlers, who are also members of the far-right Jewish organization Ateret Cohanim, broke the doors and took over a new built Palestinian- owned house.

Dozens of Palestinian youths were hurt during the confrontations after the Israeli soldiers fired rubber-coated steel bullets and tear gas canister against them.
