Dubai Health Authority organises training courses for 600 employees

DUBAI 27th August 2015 (WAM) -- The Dubai Health Authority DHA has organised 30 administrative courses for their employees during September.

More than 600 employees will take part in the training programme which has been organised by the Medical Education Department at DHA on various topics including business communications strategic planning and training for criteria on Dubai Government Excellence Programme.

Dr. Jamila Al Shaikh Director of Medical Education at the DHA said "Employee training in medical and non-medical fields is an ongoing progress as we consider regular employee training programmes to be a vital tool for the success of our organisation. Training provides numerous benefits it is one of the best ways to improve intellectual capital of the organisation. It helps build a more efficient effective and motivated team and most certainly helps improve employee morale."
