India- Equity shares of Kavita Fabrics migrates from BSE SME to BSE


(MENAFN- KNN India) The equity shares of Kavita Fabrics Limited listed with the BSE SME platform has been migrated to the mainboard with effect from August 28.

"Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Friday, August 28, 2015, the equity shares of Kavita Fabrics Limited which are already listed under BSE SME Platform will now be migrated & admitted to dealings on the Mainboard Platform in the list of BGroup," BSE said in a notification.

Out of 106 firms listed with the BSE SME, 6 companies had earlier moved to BSE. Kavita Fabrics Limited would be the seventh company to migrate to the main board.

Kavita Fabrics established its manufacturing unit at Surat (Gujarat) in 2008, mainly with the object of manufacturing synthetic fabrics from man-made yarns by using weaving technology.

The company started its commercial production in 2008 and owns 36 jacquard power looms to undertake the weaving of the synthetic fabrics from man-made yarns.
