(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The fifth Omani film Al Hara parts of which were shot in the southern Indian state of Kerala is all set to release in the next few weeks said its director Khalid al Zadjali.

'The movie is ready and will be released in the next few weeks. This is my fifth full length feature film and it revolves around various aspects of relationships. Though I have shot documentaries in Turkey and Kuwait before India was always my ideal destination. I chose India for the film because there are a lot of cultural similarities between the two countries. India also offered the perfect natural landscape architecture and colour' said Zadjali Al Hara is the first Omani film to be shot in two countries.

In Oman the film was shot in Muscat Seeb Muttrah Amerat and Qantab. The shooting for the 104-minute film began in February this year and was shot using DSLR and Blackmagic cameras. Around 20 actors and crew members are from the Oman Film Society.

The film revolves around the life of a man who goes to India with his brother to help him with deaddiction.
