(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) India's top and reputed builders will be participating in this year's India Home Fair which will be held at Al Falaj Hotel in Muscat from September 4. The two-day exhibition is presented by HDFC India's largest home loan bank.
'For the benefits of Non-resident Indians (NRIs) in the sultanate we have roped in all the major builders from various states in India. They will be showcasing their projects which are already completed and those projects which are in the pipeline. Besides the presence of HDFC as the lead supporter also ensures customers the benefits of hassle-free home loan facilities' said Abhimanyu Kukreja Oman country head of HDFC.
'The participation by major builders with their projects spread over different states ensures a pan-India presence at the exhibition. While selecting the builders we had taken special care so that only those developers who have a reputed name in the market are allowed to participate in this exhibition.'
Some of the major builders who will take part in the annual exhibition include Godrej Properties Tata Homes Hiranandani Kalpataru Brigade Group Puravankara Shoba Omkar Crescent Calicut and Fortuna. Another attraction of this year's exhibition is the presence of all the major builders from the state of Kerala who have projects in all the major cities like Kochi Trivandrum Calicut and Kottayam.
Established in 1990 Godrej Properties is the first real estate company in India to have ISO certification. With projects spread all over the country the company's upcoming development covers over eight million square metres.
Some of the latest developments of the company include Godrej 101 at Gurgaon which has facilities for squash yoga and meditation. Owners of this premium project can get elated and enthralled with 101 activities to have an inspired everyday life.

Another major real estate developer participating in this year's India Home Fair is Hiranandani which has pioneered newer technologies bold design and precision engineering to create landmark residential townships and commercial complexes. Kalpataru is another builder which is showcasing its projects at India Home Fair. Besides it has projects in Pune Thane Navi Mumbai and Lonavala.
Kerala's real estate major Crescent Group will showcase projects such as Crescent Zinnia Crescent Tulip Platinum Crescent and Crescent Aster.
