Botox No Bone broth is Salma's beauty secret
(MENAFN- Arab News) LOS ANGELES: Salma Hayek 48 drinks bone broth from the remains of cows in order to keep her youthful appearance.
The 48-year-old actress who previously admitted she isn't a fan of cosmetic surgery and Botox regularly drinks the concoction because she believes it helps her to maintain her good looks.
'It's sort of disgusting. You take a bunch of bones from a cow and slow-cook them for many hours. It's full of gelatin and fat and I think it's very good to keep yourself young' she said.
Although she relies on strange techniques to remain youthful the 'Everly' star never uses the gym and prefers doing more relaxing forms of exercise.
'I don't do cardio I mean I didn't do it when I was young. I'm not going to start jumping now. But I do like yoga' she explained.
The brunette beauty added she has a positive mental outlook about her life as well as her appearance and feels very grateful for everything in her life.
She told People magazine: 'I count my blessings every day.
'My father taught me to treat everyone the same and to stay close to your family. My mom taught me only stupid people get bored.'
