Turkish Judiciary Decides to Arrest of Five People for Demanding Autonomy


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) A Turkish court has issued a decision to arrest five people, including chairmen of two municipalities in southeast Anatolia for undermining the unity of Turkey by demanding autonomy.
Turkish official sources said that after conducting the necessary investigations late last night, Diyarbakir court ruled the arrest of five people, charged with "undermining the territorial integrity of the country." The sources added that a search was underway for four other people involved in the issue.
