Prime minister of Jordan receives UAE envoy

AMMAN 20th August 2015 (WAM)Jordan's Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour met Bilal Al Bodour the UAE Ambassador to Jordan today.

Ensour welcomed the UAE ambassador on the commencement of his duties and pledged that the government would facilitate the embassy's work in the best interests of the two sisterly countries in light of their distinguished relations.

Al Bodour and Ensour exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments as well as ways to boost co-operation between the UAE and Jordan.

Jordan's PM stressed his country's keenness to encourage UAE firms to invest in Jordan citing an appropriate investment environment for all projects. He referred to the importance of continuous co-ordination and co-operation to unlock joint investment opportunities that meet the aspirations and directives of leaders of the two countries.
