(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Jeddah Dhu-Al Qa'dah 03 1436 August 18 2015 SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad Ameen Madani strongly condemned the heinous massacre committed by the Syrian air force against a popular and crowded market in the town of Douma near Damascus in Syria and other parts of Damascus suburbs which resulted in hundreds of dead and wounded of innocent civilians.
The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation denounced the continued killings and massacres against the innocent civilians in Syria and the use of internationally prohibited weapons in the bombing.
He called on the international community to take urgent action for stopping the continued bloodshed in Syria and protecting the Syrian people.
