(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received a written message from President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, pertaining to bilateral ties between the two countries and means to develop them.
The message was handed to HE Foreign Minister Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah when he met Afghan Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Husam al-Din Hamrah in Doha yesterday.
