Ms. Rose Hall Senior Consultant WCD Group LLC will be speaking at the CLM 2015 Claims College School of Construction. The 2015 Claims College will be held in Philadelphia Pennsylvania September 9-12.
Each school is comprised of three levels and successful completion of all levels in a particular school will earn participants a respected and sought after designation which will become the industry standard for identifying top-notch claims professionals. For individual schools levels consist of pre-course reading materials in-class instruction group projects and an exam. The Claims College is not an industry seminar or conference this is a true educational experience designed to help educate and grow the claims profession.
Rose has nearly 15 years of experience in engineering construction and risk management. She has a strong educational background with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and a M.S. in Civil Engineering focusing in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey New York and North Carolina. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a graduate of the CLM Litigation Management Institute earning her the CLMP designation. She has extensive field experience in all stages of project management from design to preconstruction estimating to purchasing and field engineering to project close-out with one of the largest and most well reputed construction companies in the world. Rose’s holistic understanding of construction projects developed into an expertise in construction risk management specializing in such areas as insurance policies underwriting loss analysis contractual risk transfer market analysis and data trending. As a Senior Consultant with WCD Rose is an integral part of the Risk Management group providing in-house risk management oversight as well as legal support and expert witness testimony services for both high profile and more discrete clientele on claims and litigation for construction-related matters.
