(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors)John Nichols the chief executive of pawnbroker H&T Group (LON:HAT) reckons the company has turned a corner after a couple of tough years and says he's delighted by the improved trading performance. 'We've been up against it in recent years – with a falling gold price and increased competition – so we've had to fight back reduce costs drive our retail offering. 'We're now showing signs of growth and things are improving' said the CEO. His comments come after the firm reported higher profits reduced debt and upped its dividend in the first half of its financial year.
