UAE's Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed holds talks with Indian PM


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Regional and international developments featured high on the agenda of talks held on Sunday between Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and visiting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The two sides exchanged views on a wide range of regional and international topics of mutual interest, and emphasized their mutual desire to build more solid and robust ties, according to an official statement carried by the UAE News Agency (WAM).
They also reaffirmed that "security and stability were two vital requirements in the region to help the engine of development and progress runs its natural course." In addition, they emphatically called on the international community to double efforts to realize peace, security, and coexistence among countries of the region.
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed and the Indian Premier "strongly condemned all forms and manifestations of extremism, violence and terrorism."
