(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Members of the Lower House of Parliament, on Sunday, called on donor nations to fulfill their obligations towards the Palestinian refugees and provide funding to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
The lawmakers thanked Saudi Arabia for its recent $35 billion donation to the UNRWA. They also hailed Jordan's role in supporting the Palestinian issue at various international forums.
