Indian Prime Minister begins two day state visit to UAE


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) ABU DHABI Dhu-AlQa'dah 1 1436 Aug 16 2015 SPA -- India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Abu Dhabi today on a two-day state visit to the UAE.
According to WAM Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces led a group of top officials to welcome the Indian Premier at the airport.
The high-profile guest was accorded a full red-carpet reception.
Sheikh Mohamed escorted the Indian Prime Minister to the dais of honour where both the UAE and Indian national anthems were played and the military fired a 21-gun salute to Prime Minister Modi.
