Exports from Jordanian free zones reach JD217 million in July


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) The value of good and machineries that were exported from Jordanian free zones in July stood at JD217 million.

According to a statement issued on Saturday by the Jordanian Free Zones Corporation, the value of goods that were exported from the free zones to foreign and local markets in July reached JD99 million including JD66 million to foreign markets and JD33 million to local markets.

The value of machinery exports in the same month reached JD118 million, with JD57 million destined for foreign markets and JD61 million to the local market.

A total of 11,440 units of machinery were also exported to foreign and local markets, including 5,620 to foreign markets and 5,820 to local markets.
